Dress To Impress

This is one trend that took me a little getting used to, but as a proud owner of a brand new pair of neon yellow pants, I say go for it! You can have SO much fun with neon and isn't that what summer is all about anyway? We love Elann Zelie of elannzelie.com's fearlessness.
